Are you interested in this position?

Integrated in the DESIGN BU, you will be deployed within a team of Metravib experts who brings its technical support to our customer, a major actor of the automotive industry. You will perform noise and vibration (NVH) tests and measurements in the field of automotive acoustics in order to promote a technical expertise.

Your missions

• Evaluate the needs in measurement equipment and sensors,
• Instrument vehicles for static or dynamic driving on track or on bench,
• Ensure the development and monitoring of tests,
• Optimize measurement and validation methodologies and processes,
• To manage tests and test benches,
• Carry out and monitor tests according to defined procedures,
• Analyze and post-process measurement data,
• Write clear and concise technical reports for the technical team managers,
• Propose technical solutions in the field of low and medium frequencies,
• Update test databases and project follow-up reports

What we are looking for:

• With a degree in Physical Measurements, Acoustics and Vibration or Instrumentation or equivalent, you have acquired solid experience in the field of acoustics and vibration and/or instrumentation.
• You also have experience with measurement equipment and signal processing as well as in the realization of experimental validations in the field of low and medium frequency noise and vibration. You have a good command of data acquisition and analysis systems.
• Your English is fluent.
