What we offer

We are exploring a position of Customer Support engineer to manage installation of an online Condition Monitoring System. He will execute POC as a part of sales support. Apart from this, the Support engineer will work as customer success manager who will add value to Acoem Online system by regular interaction with customers and providing technical support to customers.

Your day-to-daymissions and tasks

• Implementing the online monitoring concept on site
• To carry out commissioning of online CM Systems
• To carry out training on usage of online system and software
• Participate in project handover meeting
• Execution of POC on request from Sales Team
• To get customer feedback on online system and
• provide input to tech support for customer
• success stories for online installation.
• To generate Advisor Live business opportunities.
• To review performance of existing online
• Systems on a periodic basis and support customers in utilization of the system 

# Important : what are the essential elements to apply?

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• experience in making various drawings (By self or by support from CAD team) as well as experience on medium scale project management 
• good communication skill to interact with customer and to impart training
• good hold on software installation and various terminologies related to software / hardware for communication.

# What skills are needed?

• Graduate in Instrumentation engineering system / similar system. 
• 4-5 years of experience in the field
• Proficiency in English communication
