For Mathew, this three-day training session was an opportunity to meet his co-workers face-to-face, discuss sales synergies and gain a more holistic overview of Acoem’s global reliability operations. It also provided a platform for the introduction of a number of new and upgraded solutions being released this year.
The training workshop, led by Bertrand Wascat, Senior Product Manager, focused on AI and wireless solutions for industrial reliability. Guillaume Lavaure, Senior Product Manager, shared his expertise on online systems and Patrick Rondreux for analysis software.
“The most beneficial part of the program for me was gaining a better high-level understanding of the products. Networking with other sales managers was also a significant advantage and one that I have already leveraged since returning to Australia,” Mat commented.
“I’m looking forward to reconnecting with some of the people I met at the training workshop and other divisional managers in Sweden soon at our global sales conference. Moreover, I’m confident that these educational opportunities give me the right tools and strategies to share with my team members to help them provide the best possible solutions for our Australasian customers,” he added.
