Acoem Wireless Balancer

Wireless innovation continues

Acoem is a pioneer in wireless technology for condition monitoring. For decades, the field of machine balancing saw little to no innovation — until Acoem changed that, leading the way with innovations like the Falcon wireless data collector and the Eagle wireless diagnostic tool. That legacy continues with the Acoem Wireless Balancer — an advanced solution for single and dual-plane balancing of rotating machinery with rigid rotors. Engineered to improve both safety and efficiency, the Wireless Balancer delivers precise, real-time diagnostics without the complexity or hazards of traditional wired systems.

How It Works

The Acoem Wireless Balancer features 2 wireless accelerometers and a laser tachometer, all connected to the timekeeper device. The timekeeper communicates wirelessly with both sensors and the user’s mobile device. Combined with smart assistance functions, it minimises the number of balancing runs required, ensuring optimal safety and long-term operational reliability.

Wireless Balancer - Wireless Innovation Continues

Why Choose the Acoem Wireless Balancer?

Maximum safety & flexibility

  • No more cables allows you to move freely and work with greater safety around machinery. Avoid entanglements and stay clear of hazardous environments with no more cable interference with rotating parts
  • Remote access lets you step back from the machine and perform balancing operations from a safe distance up to 20 meters.

Unmatched precision & speed

  • Multi-sensor synchronisation means simultaneous measurement in 6 directions for quick amplitude and phase analysis with 4 directions used for more reliable balancing in a single touch
  • Vertical and horizontal measurements from both sensors are captured synchronously, simplifying the user’s task and significantly reducing balancing time
  • The ability to see both planes at the same time and switch from horizontal to vertical direction in one click greatly enhances the reliability of the process.

Fast learning curve: removing human errors from the process

  • Complete field visualisation with 360° machine rotation to avoid errors (direction of rotation, point 0 reference, counting direction etc.) and ensure precise weight placement
  • Guide U™ 3D graphical guidance at all stages of the process
  • Intelligent correction with smart balancing assistants (one-2 plane auto selection, trial weight suggestions, automatic weight distribution etc.).

Industry Ready

Designed to meet industrial needs, the Acoem Wireless Balancer is built to withstand the toughest conditions. Its robust design is capable of enduring extreme environments, ensuring reliable operation even in the most challenging settings.

Robust and Durable
Constructed with durable materials, the Acoem Wireless Balancer is engineered for longevity and stability. It’s resistant to vibration and external interference for reliable data collection even in harsh industrial environments.

A cost-effective solution

Reduce maintenance costs by eliminating the need to replace, transport and clean 10 to 15 metres of cables per sensor. Cables are not only cumbersome, but also require frequent replacement, adding ongoing expenses throughout the tool’s lifespan.
