Our standard operator interface provides a display for real time emission readings giving instant reassurance the process is running as expected (or not as the case maybe). It also provides retransmission of digital relays and analogue output signals. A simple 4 button keypad, that can be operated wearing gloves, enables control of the monitor’s outputs and diagnostic information, this removes the need for a laptop (running our utility software) to be connected directly to the monitor’s USB socket for communication and control.
We also offer the DSCU (Dynoptic Systems Control Unit). The DSCU provides additional features making it suitable for the monitoring and control of a network of up to 8 of our dust, smoke and particulate emission monitors. The DSCU provides a visual display of information from all connected monitors such as real time emission readings, alarm signals and fault warnings. Communication between all connected monitors is via RS485. The DSCU is available with either 1, 4 or 8 programmable outputs and RS485 Modbus RTU allowing all measured parameters and diagnostic information to be sent to a PLC or SCADA system.
The DSCU is ideal for applications with multiple measurement points in close proximity or where a high level of monitor control is required.
