The Challenge

The Oil & Gas Player objective was to reduce unplanned production stops and lower maintenance costs by implementing a robust condition monitoring program.

The Solution

The system was configured to perform three measurements per day.

When the Oil & Gas Player & Prom team performed a visual inspection, they identified the root cause: a lubrication failure caused by a leak at the seal ring. This timely detection allowed them to address the lubrication issue and plan the bearing replacement, preventing a complete breakdown and saving the asset.
