Acoem Nest i4.0’s seamless connection with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™

Whether you are using the Acoem MV-x, wireless Eagle or Falcon portable analyser you will automatically be connected via Nesti4.0 software. Precision data from vibration signals will publish smart diagnosis information to Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ applications through Modbus and OPC UA connectivity.

For example, when connecting the MV-x, our AI-enabled real-time vibration analysis tool, to The Schneider Electric Modicon M580 in both directions, the system will process vital data in real time, collect the output of the edge monitoring and connect it with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™. Machinery health indicators, diagnosis and recommendations processed by Nesti4.0 can be automatically integrated into Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ Machine Advisor.

Critical mining pump data delivered via the Schneider Electric ecosystem

A mining operation located in a remote and dangerous location in Brazil had a number of critical machines that required frequent data collection. Conditions and distances made it too difficult and expensive to conduct manual measurements or utilise wired monitoring systems. The seamless digital integration of Wireless Eagle enabled the automatic collection of vibration data for remote diagnostics, giving the maintenance team 24×7 access to edge computed condition monitoring indicators for bearings and cavitation defects displayed through their Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ dashboard.
