The term “personal data” is used to mean all data serving to identify a physical person, in particular concerning the Website and the App, personal data refers to your email address and pseudonym.

What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
We collect only the personal data that is strictly necessary to the creation of your user account so as to allow you to use the Website and the App on a complete level.
If the personal data collected by the ACOEM Group is used for commercial prospection purposes, this will be specifically indicated.
On what legal grounds is the processing of your personal data justified?
The processing of your personal information is justified by your consent given when creating your user account and/or is required in order to provide the services that you have requested.
How is your data kept secure?
ACOEM France SAS undertakes to implement all necessary measures to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the personal data collected. To this end, the ACOEM France SAS has implemented appropriate technical measures, such as physically securing its buildings and facilities and ensuring the security of the information system, to prevent any unauthorized third parties from accessing the data. Only the employees of ACOEM France SAS who has a need to access to your personal data to identify you and provide the requested services can access to.
When it has recourse to subcontractors, the ACOEM France SAS ensures that its subcontractors also comply with the rules pertaining to the protection of personal data processed on its behalf.
As we all have a part to play in data security, you are responsible for preventing unauthorized third parties gaining access to your online accounts, in particular by implementing a password compliant with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection and civil liberties commission) (i.e. comprising at least eight characters and at least three of the four following character types: upper case, lower case, number and special character) and ensuring that you log out when using a shared terminal.
Is your data transferred abroad?
Your data may be shared with any of the ACOEM France’s partner based abroad (subsidiary, distributor) when necessary to the performance of our measurement data analysis services.
Certain of our subsidiaries or distributors are located in countries that are not subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Nevertheless, as they belong to or work closely with a French group, our subsidiaries and distributors are aware of the importance of compliance with the legislation pertaining to data protection applicable within the European Union.
Is your personal data shared with third parties?
Your personal data can be communicated only to the partners mentioned above.
For how long is your personal data stored?
Your personal data will not be stored for a duration longer than the lifetime of your user account. If you decide to close your user account, the corresponding personal data will be deleted without undue delay.
Your personal data may also be stored beyond the above-mentioned duration insofar as this is necessary for us to comply with other applicable legal provisions or if we require this data in order to establish, exercise or defend our rights in the event of a complaint or legal action.

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. This restriction may relate to the data itself, to third parties to whom your data is sent, or the purposes for which your personal data is processed.
However, because your personal data are necessary to identify you and allow access to your user account, restriction of your personal data can prevent you from the benefit of certain services or functionnalities provided by ACOEM France SAS and its partners.
Right to portability of your personal data
You have the right to receive a structured document setting out the personal data that we hold, and you have the right to send this document to any third party whatsoever.
Right to object to the processing of your personal data
You have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your personal data. However because your personal data are necessary to identify you and allow access to your user account an objection to the processing of your personal data may prevent you from such access either for the App or the Website and so from the benefit of certain services or functionalities provided by ACOEM France SAS and its partners.
