This Privacy notice for the Wireless Balancer® (hereafter the “Document”) describes how and why ACOEM which include Acoem AB and Acoem RP Sas, hereinafter “ (“we”, “us” or “our”), might use your information when you use the Solution.

LEXICON
- Personal information/data: means every information which can identify directly (first name, last name) or indirectly (phone number, email address, healthcare ID number…) a physical person.
- Sensitive personal information/data: Sensitive data is a special category of personal data. This is information that reveals the alleged racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health without this list being limitative.
- Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature: Do Not Track is a web browser setting that adds a signal to your browser’s header, telling other websites that you don’t want their tracking cookies.

By using the Solution, you will be ask about your consent to enable the app to locate you geographically.

2/ On what legal grounds is the processing of your personal information justified ?
We use your personal information to process your request or allow you to use the Service.
Therefore the processing of your personal information is justified by your consent and/or is required in order to provide the services that you have requested.
We may also process your personal information to improve or administer our Service, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention.
3/ When and with whom do we share your personal information ?
- We do not share your personal information with any third party.
- We may disclose your personal information to the service providers we work with to maintain or improve the Service. In such a case, we ensure that each service provider undertakes to comply with the current legislation on data protection and offers sufficient security measures for your personal information.
We may also share your personal information with other subsidiaries of the group ACOEM whenever necessary to perfectly process your request.
4/ How long do we keep your information ?
As we are always looking to give you the best experience by using the Service, your personal information will be processed as long as you have an active account on our Solution. Without having any activity on it for a minimum period of one (1) year, we will ask you about deleting your personal information. Without answer from your side after one (1) month, your account and all your personal information will be deleted.
When deleting your account, your personal information will also be deleted within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.
Nevertheless, some of your personal information may also be stored beyond if this is necessary for us to comply with other applicable legal provisions or if we require this data in order to establish, exercise or defend our rights in the event of a complaint or legal action.

To ensure and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the personal information we collect, we have implemented appropriate technical measures, such as physically securing our buildings and facilities and ensuring the security of our information system.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Service is at your own risk. You must ensure to access the Service within a secure environment.
