Just like teamwork is crucial to winning on any sports field, success in sales requires strong collaboration. That was the guiding mantra at the 2025 Acoem Australasia Sales Conference.

Acoem Australasia recently concluded its Sales Conference, bringing together its all-star sales teams, technicians, key environmental monitoring technology suppliers, and valued partners to strategise for the year ahead. To team up, learn together and share winning ways.

The conference welcomed representatives from 10 partners from across the world along with 30+ Acoem sales and technical team members from Acoem Australasia and Acoem Met One (USA).

Collaboration. Innovation. Action.

Acoem’s commitment to collaborative growth and innovation within the environmental monitoring sector

From cutting-edge LiDAR technology and exploring innovative data solutions to expanding possibilities across the water, mining and tunnels sectors, the five-day conference was an intense mix of insightful sessions including technical training, strategic brainstorming and collaborative networking.

The conference provided a crucial platform for sharing insights on the latest technological developments and product enhancements across Acoem’s extensive range of environmental solutions. Participants also benefitted from hands-on training sessions empowering them with the skills to excel.

It also exemplifies the close working relationship Acoem enjoys with its partners who provide complementary ranges to Acoem’s internally developed instruments, devices, software and monitoring equipment.

Connecting with colleagues, sharing ideas and promoting best practices was a positive experience for all involved.

“The 2025 Sales Conference was our largest to date for the region, and we were very pleased with the level of active participation and calibre of presentations,” commented Damian Bryant, Managing Director at Acoem Australasia.

“Based on the energy in the room and online, I am confident that 2025 will be a highly successful year for us, but more importantly, it will be the opportunity to provide our customers with an even higher level of expertise and a wider range of solutions for their environmental programs and projects,” he added.
