Description of changes :
- Serinus now allows separate periods for calibration data logging and averaging. This is particularly useful if the calibration process is shorter than the measurement logging or average period.
- Digital IO bits are improved on the Serical. The Reserved bits are now in the correct order and the Idle mask applies zeros as expected.
- The Serical 1000 and 2000 allow a single analog output if the optional source MFC is not installed (the 3000 already had this feature).
- Serinus instruments all allow three analog outputs, which can be bound to any loggable data value (instead of being restricted to the measured gas concentration).
- The Serical 3000 and 300 have a new features: photometer-corrected titration points. If a photometer point is immediately followed by a titration point with the same ozone concentration and flow, the calibrator will generate ozone more accurately than a normal titration point.
- The S44 now supports individual gains for each measured gas (the S40 already allowed this for its two measured gasses).

Description of changes :
- Configuration and point/sequence definitions are now stored in text files. This allows for easier support and troubleshooting by making the system configuration human-readable. The Serical point and sequence files can be edited using any text editor (such as Notepad), which will allow easier review and standardisation of points and sequences across multiple machines.
- Serical allows gravimetric units for setting up points and sequences. The S56/S57 allow the user to enter the molecular weight of their TS or TRS gas on the General Settings Menu, thus allowing for gravimetric units to be used on those instruments.
- French has been added to the list of supported languages (très bien!).
- Analogue outputs can now be selected from any loggable parameter (instead of being restricted to the gas concentrations). A new option, “Hold for Cal”, allows the analogue outputs to be held to their last value during a calibration.
- Added an Audit Mode to the Serical 300, allowing the ozone photometer to be calibrated externally.
- The S44 supports three independent gains as an option (though this is not a recommended configuration).
- Single gas mode on an S40 now allows scheduling backgrounds, similar to other instruments that measure a single gas.
- The instrument backlight can be set to Workday, which will keep it illuminated from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Improvements to the S30 and S50 warm-up sequence to achieve better temperature control. The S30 Electronic Zero Adjust state has been removed; instead, the electronic zero is adjusted during backgrounds.
- Resolved the previous issue with network start-up mode. It is still recommended that the network port be left in Normal mode for regular operation but it is no longer imperative.
- Resolved an issue with false negative analogue voltage alarms.
- Changed internal pump voltage limits to accommodate new pumps. If your replacement internal pump is shutting off unexpectedly this may resolve that issue.
- Resolved an issue with newer LCD screens and factory default contrast settings that would make the screen unreadable until contrast was manually reset.
- Resolved an issue where uploading older configuration files would corrupt PID settings for heaters. This version will properly upload any configuration file.

- NOTE: This version requires that the “Communications Menu/Network Menu/Start-up Mode” be set to “Normal” or “Set DHCP” for regular operation of the network port. Please restrict the “Read IP” mode to set-up and troubleshooting.
- A Trend display has been added. This will graph any parameter that can be logged to the USB flash drive.
- The S40 and S50 now issue a warning when the converter begins to approach the end of its service life.
- The multi-hour averages have been corrected, and 4 and 8 hour rolling averages have been added. This affects 4, 8, 12, and 24 hour averaging only.
- More reliable Bluetooth support.
- Improved response time for S10 IZS ozone generation.
- The Serinus Calibrator 2000 and 3000 now allow targeted ozone generator calibrations, to improve accuracy within the desired range of ozone generation.
- The Analyser State Menu now clearly identifies instruments by their model number.
- Scientific notation can now be used to enter extremely large or small numbers.
- Resetting factory defaults no longer forces the user to re-select the instrument model.
- Improvements to Analog outputs for setting minimum and maximum ranges.
- Improvements to the warmup state, to ensure that the cell has reached the required temperature.
- Improved support for the Bayern-Hessen protocol.
- More accurate power supply warnings.
- Support for the Serinus Calibrator 300 and S30/40/50 Trace analysers.

Description of changes :
- Fix made in the Serinus Cal range; the calculation of the MFC correction factor for gas standards used an incorrect molecular structure calculation.
- Change made in the Serinus 30, 50, 55, 56, 57 and 60 with internal pump; During “Sample Fill” and “Background Fill” mode we now adjust the “Internal Pump” pot settings to full scale (255). The flow fault status is not altered during the “Sample Fill” and “Background Fill” phase and the pressure readings are disregarded.
- Changed the default background to start at 11:45 pm instead of 11:50 pm is Serinus 30, 50, 51, 55, 56, 57 and 60.
- Fix made in the Serinus 40 and 44, when the units are set to gravimetric the NOx reading was not calculated correctly.
- Change made in the Serinus 40 and 50 allowing the user to adjust the High voltage target.
- Change made to the Bayern-Hessen protocol so that “DA” without ID responds the same as DA with ID in all Serinus.
- Addition of parameter 144 to report background interval in hours (or partial hours) in all Serinus.
- Change made to Serinus 30H and 40H; Increased the maximum allowable offset.
- Change made to all Serinus; “Timed Calibration” and “Background Interval” now use a common setup scheme.
- Fix for all Serinus; the internal data logger was not saving the 00:00:00 entry, regardless of the interval.
- Fix for all Serinus; “rebuild index” function would crash if a record was too long or short.
- Addition of “In Maintenance” to the list of Digital Outputs in all Serinus analyser range.
- Addition for IZS option support in Serinus 40 and 50.
- Addition of an optional second gain for “NO” in a Serinus 40

- Support little-endian format for ModBus protocol. Improved reliability of downloading data while also logging data at short intervals (5 seconds or less). Advanced Command Parameter now correctly reports instrument range.
