To strengthen our Product Support team, we are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Product Specialist to drive adoption and growth of our Online Condition Monitoring Systems across India.

Your Mission

You will play a pivotal role in growing Acoem’s Online Condition Monitoring business in India. Acting as the link between product expertise, sales teams, and customers, you will help shape technical strategy, drive adoption, and enable market success.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with sales teams, distributors, and channel partners by providing strong technical and solution expertise

• Expand and strengthen customer and distributor networks across assigned regions

• Support opportunity development through solution positioning and early-stage project discussions

• Contribute market intelligence, sales forecasts, and business insights to support strategic decision-making

Reporting & Collaboration

• Report to the Product Manager, Reliability Division

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Distribution teams

• Participate in regular business and performance review meetings

What You Bring

• Experience in product support, application engineering, or technical sales support for sales and distribution teams

• Working knowledge of industrial automation, IIoT, and digitalization solutions

• Understanding of condition-based monitoring (CBM) and vibration technologies (preferred)

• Familiarity with tendering processes, commercial workflows, and sales techniques

• Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, documentation, and reporting

• Comfort working with hardware instruments, software platforms, and standard office tools

• A customer-first mindset with high energy, independence, and strong interpersonal skills
