Proven Sales Expertise:

5–7 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in Condition Monitoring or Laser Alignment Systems

A track record of initiating cold calls and in-person visits to generate new business
Technical & Domain Knowledge:

Solid understanding of vibration analysis, engineering principles, and scientific instruments

Experience selling technical products and services in industrial environments

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Sales & Business Acumen – Proven ability to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and close deals in a competitive market.
Self-Learning & Adaptability – Quick to grasp new technologies, operate technical instruments, and stay ahead in a fast-paced industry.
Communication & Negotiation – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in local language. Ability to confidently present solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
