As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and delivering high-impact reliability solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across industries.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Identify potential customers, qualify prospects, and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Strategic Selling: Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Present Acoem’s offerings in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and activity KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends to refine strategies.
  • Adapt & Innovate: Use feedback from customer interactions to continuously improve sales techniques and approaches.
  • Business Planning: Contribute to yearly action plans, set measurable goals, and consistently track progress.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for a passionate, driven professional with the following qualifications and experience:

Proven Sales Expertise:

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in Condition Monitoring or Laser Alignment Systems

  • A track record of initiating cold calls and in-person visits to generate new business

Technical & Domain Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of vibration analysis, engineering principles, and scientific instruments

  • Experience selling technical products and services in industrial environments

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

Relationship-Building Skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Sales & Business Acumen – Proven ability to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and close deals in a competitive market.

Self-Learning & Adaptability – Quick to grasp new technologies, operate technical instruments, and stay ahead in a fast-paced industry.

Communication & Negotiation – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in local language. Ability to confidently present solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive approach to tackling challenges, securing tenders, and ensuring Acoem’s solutions meet customer needs.

Result-Oriented Drive – Passion for achieving targets, expanding market share, and contributing to business growth.
