The Sintrol Oy S300 series / S304 has a detection limit of 0.01 mg/m3 based on Sintrol’s proven Inductive Electrification technology. With a recognised robust exterior it is known for its reliability. Monitoring particulate emissions and filtering performance is made simple as it can be installed into process applications such as dryer, cyclone and baghouse.
In applications where dust levels must follow strict limits, the S300 series is often used for process control. The onboard relays of the S300 series can be used as a dust level signal showing alert and alarm. Trend monitoring applications are an ideal application for the S300 series thanks to the RS485 interface and mA output. Expensive product loss to the environment is a thing of the past with the S300 series, as Sintrol’s classic very short response time is built in, enabling early detection of malfunctions in the dust removal process.
Acoem offers two different models in the Sintrol Oy S300 series:
- S303 / 303 Ex – Trend Monitor with 4-20 mA output for continuous dust measurement
- S304 / 304 Ex – Emission monitor that can be calibrated to give mg/m3 output.
