Your Mission

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Eastern Branch Sales Executive to join our team based in Revesby, NSW. As a Sales Executive, you will work in tandem with both our sales and operations team to drive the business in the New South Wales region. Your role involves cultivating relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Key Account Management:

  • Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Liaise between customers & cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely & successful delivery of solutions.
  • Promote Acoem’s products & services in order to meet & exceed targets.
  • Develop new business with existing clients &/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast & track key account metrics (e.g., monthly sales results & quarterly forecasts).

Business Development:

  • Promote & grow Acoem’s brand & presence in the local domestic markets.
  • Assist in the creation of the business model & execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Seek out opportunities in new markets through the development of a targeted plan.
  • Represent Acoem at exhibitions, seminars, & training courses.
  • Present products & services to new & existing customers.

Office & Project Management:

  • Act as Acoem project manager on selected projects
  • Liaise with Production & Systems Engineering for inputs e.g., design, manufacture, installation & operation & maintenance phases as required.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Advanced and relevant industry experience
  • Proven technical sales experience in acquiring new business as well as maintaining relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Superior research and strategic analysis abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
