Your Mission

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Support to join our domestic sales team based in our Head Office in Knoxfield on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be working with our domestic sales team to provide prompt, accurate and informative responses to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting ACOEMs range of products and services
  • Producing timely quotes to customers while maintaining our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Following up on quotes and orders
  • Liaising between the production and sales team
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of ACOEMs products
  • Supporting our client account managers and sales team
  • Maintaining a high level of ethics and professionalism
  • Building long term customer relationships

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Previous experience in an internal sales role or similar is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pronto highly regarded
  • Attention to detail and high regard for quality
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fluid working environment and manage time effectively
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to deliver under tight deadlines.
