Our commitments
We operate
Spotlight on recent key initiatives
Study what already exists
The first step was to study the various reference systems that already existed within the Group (internal regulations, charters, codes of conduct, policies) to capitalise on what we already have in place.
Live our code of conduct
To ensure that employees adhere to our code of conduct, it needs to be effectively communicated and explained. This will
take place soon after the code’s release. Then, our ambition is to ensure that our suppliers adhere to this code of conduct to promote sustainable and responsible practices throughout our supply chain.

Awareness
In 2024, we launched a massive awareness plan covering 100% of our employees. This awareness plan included training modules explaining cyber risks, as well as regular phishing test campaigns.
Detection
To protect our information systems, products and services, we use best-in-class threat protection technologies. In 2024 we deployed global solutions to protect our endpoints and networks.
Governance
To ensure that cybersecurity is taken into account by all Group entities, we deploy a global governance structure based on the best cybersecurity standards. In 2024 we rolled out the first phase of our 4-step plan.

Identify our clients’s sustainability expectations
We receive many questionnaires from our customers, which we endeavour to answer. These questionnaires allow us to understand our customers’ key expectations in terms of sustainability, which we take as opportunities to make progress when there are actions to be implemented.
Carry our EcoVadis assessments
Some of our customers requires an assessment of our sustainability maturity to strengthen their confidence, We carry out the EcoVadis assessment every year. Over and above the results, we make a point of carrying out this highly structuring exercise in our sustainability commitments.
Engage our suppliers in a sustainability mindset
By encouraging our suppliers to adopt sustainable practices in environmental and social responsibility, we aim to contribute to reducing the ecological footprint of our supply chain and
promoting fair and safe working conditions for employees. We are starting this journey in 2024 by adding sustainability criteria to our audit and qualification processes.
