Your day-to-daymissions and tasks :

  • Carry out vibration diagnostic campaigns for rotating machines: plan data collection campaigns and carry them out, analyze the data, write the diagnostic report and recommendations
  • Carry out onside data collection
  • Train in vibration analysis and the use of products: support customers in the commissioning and use of products
  • Assist the account manager: participate in sales visits, participate in drafting the offer, listen to customer needs
  • Be proactive for the continuous improvement of methods and products
  • Assist ACOEM remote diagnosis center and liaise with the customers under contracts
  • Establish strong business relationships as part of sour service team team with advanced technical capabilities,  in Thailand and neighboring countries
  • Strive to satisfy our existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities by introducing them to the rest of our services.
  • Partner with the sales organization

# Important : what are the essential elements to apply?

  • We are looking for a Service Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with vibration monitoring and CMS tools with a strong rotating equipment background.
  • Knowledge of the mechanics of rotating machines, vibration analysis and of standard measurement tools
  • Ability to self-learn, and comfortable in using instruments and software

# What skills are needed?

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
  • An organized, detail and process oriented individual.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving issues.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools strongly preferred
  • Bachelor or High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required.
