What we offer

Acoem India is looking for people who are passionate about Business Development . We offer an opportunity to provide specialist technical support for domestic O&M teams/programs as well as domestic sales teams, with a particular focus on Acoem Ecotech’s ISO 9001, ISO45001 accreditation and associated QA systems.

 Your day today mission and task:

  •  Understand the CBM
  • Ensure full utilisation of Acoem installed CBM solutions as per the customer PO/WO and Case Studies/Success Stories shall be documented to present with the customer HQ/higher management
  • Capable to demonstrate the concept/Architecture of proposed/installed solution and capable to impart the Primary training, if require
  • Ensure training on usage of IR solutions and software with respective plant user
  • Ensure compliance to deliverables as per agreement with plant
  • Get customer feedback on our IR solutions and provide input to tech support for customer success stories for these IR solutions with this customer
  • Study the downtime of similar equipment/assets across similar plants/applications for various defects in optimising the operational behaviour to improve asset reliability
  • Add value proposition to the IR solutions offered by ACOEM and document ROI of it
  • Document use cases once in quarter
  • Explore more business opportunities alongside the use case benefits with similar industries in a key account management profile
  • Governance on the utility of acknowledgement of alarm notification by plant users from installed Online Vibration Monitoring System and get it validated and recorded for future activities
  •  Participation in project handover meeting
  •  Generate the IR business opportunities with existing customer or new customer

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Good communication & presentation skill to interact with customer
  • Good experience with manufacturing process equipment within Metal industry
  •  Knowledge about Reliability Centred Maintenance
  • Conversant with IT communications skills for plant equipment and related software

We would require a candidate with:

  • B. Tech/B.E in Instrumentation engineering
  • Vibration knowledge is preferable
  • Minimum experience of 7-8 years
  • Proficient in spoken and written in English

Note: Nature of job requires intensive travelling across the country
