We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our sales team based in our Bibra Lake, Perth WA Office. Reporting to the Business Manager Australia & NZ this pivotal role will play a key part in the promotion and growth of Acoem’s brand and presence in local domestic markets.
What will you be responsible for?
Developing sales strategies in consultation with Business Manager and broader business objectives
Preparing Branch sales targets and budgets
Leading and assisting with business development activities within WA & NT
Conduction regular face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers
Actively seeking out quotes and tenders
Representing Acoem at exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and training
Ensuring projects and orders are delivered on time and to budget
Leading, directing and mentoring the WA sales team, including the Key Account Manager and Office Coordinators
What qualifications, skills and experience do you need?
Minimum 5 years’ experience in capital equipment sales, preferably as a Sales Manager, achieving annual budgets of $15M
Certificate and/or Diploma in Sales or related field is essential
Bachelor Degree in Sales or related field would be highly regarded
Proven Technical Sales experience
Developing and implementing sales strategies/territory plans
Business development in a B2B environment generating new business opportunities
Customer relationship management
Leading and managing a small sales team
