Registration is now open for the American Occupational Health Conference (AOHC® 2009). The Americans with Disability Act Amendments (ADAA) of 2008 substantially changes which individuals are considered as “covered individuals” under the Act.  These amendments modify the definition of “substantially limited”, the use of mitigating factors in determining coverage and how intermittent conditions may impact reasonable accommodation.
